Sea Asparagus is one of our favorite plants to stop and gather. We often get skeptical looks until we talk the first person into trying. "Not bad, a little salty" is the typical initial response. The saltiness moderates when steamed so that it becomes a very nice crunchy green vegetable on your plate.
