...it helps if she has some advance notice of celebrations.  But, she pulled together a last minute 31rst anniversary surprise for guests with a little Ghirardelli chocolate drizzled on cheese cake.  Uuumm.  I got a kick out of her exploding sour dough starter one morning.  Her sourdough pancakes are my favorite.

 

2013 Mothership Kayaking Started With a Bang!

We are mid season in South East Alaska onboard Abyssinia and things are going extremely well.  Weather and wildlife have been very cooperative.  We have had lots of happy paddlers.  Here is a new video from one of them: http://youtu.be/aOCvzOYbzAs

One of these days Virginia may find that plastic surgery is not enough of a challenge and go into videography full time.  In the meantime we hope she keeps coming on trips with us and using her talents...
