We have never heard of a kayaker being disturbed by a brown bear and we take great steps to not disturb them. We love seeing them from a safe distance.
Caving (or more properly spelunking) is fun in a kayak or on foot. We know a few good ones that we often return to. The challenge in a kayak is the huge daily tide swings can leave you with enough water or no water to paddle in.
Some of our kayakers were lucky enough to visit the Sitka Raptor Center on a day they released an injured bird back into the wild. Not a dry eye in the house...
Our job is done when we know that our kayakers are having a great time. Alaska really sells itself so we do not have to work too hard. Best of all, we have as much fun as you do.
